Approved by Tradeflow Africa Limited · Effective 9 October 2026.
1. Scope of these terms
These terms address use of the Tradeflow Africa website, operated by Tradeflow Africa Limited. They are separate from any signed agreement for consultancy, trade facilitation, events or other services. A website enquiry or newsletter subscription does not itself create a client engagement or a commitment to provide a service.
These website terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any signed engagement should identify the contracting parties, applicable terms and dispute resolution arrangements. Legal enquiries may be sent to talktous@tradeflow.africa.
2. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us. Do not impersonate another person, submit material you are not entitled to share, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability or use forms for spam or abusive content.
3. Trade information and advice
Website descriptions, research summaries, news headlines and trade statistics provide general information. They are not a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances and do not constitute legal, tax, investment or financing advice.
Official statistics relate to the period shown and may be published with a lag or later revised. Source labels and dates should be considered when using them. Independently verify information before making commercial decisions.
4. Services and third-party providers
Tradeflow is a trade facilitation company. Access to working capital, payments, foreign exchange, treasury and repatriation is facilitated through appropriately qualified providers and remains subject to regulation, eligibility and market availability.
Technology deployment capabilities do not imply an existing partnership or authorization from each technology vendor. Commercial scope, pricing, responsibilities and any warranties should be agreed separately in writing. No market-entry, funding or commercial outcome is guaranteed by website content.
5. Intellectual property
Tradeflow branding and original website material should not be reproduced for commercial use without permission or another lawful basis. Third-party brands, images and referenced material remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Links to news sources do not transfer rights to the underlying articles.
6. External links and availability
Links to social platforms, Trade Desk and news publishers lead to separate websites with their own terms and privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of all content on that website.
Website information and availability may change. Reasonable care should be taken when relying on published material; any agreed service obligations are governed by the relevant engagement agreement.
7. Responsibility and mandatory rights
Responsibility for services and any limitations of liability must be set out in the applicable engagement agreement and comply with relevant law. These website terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes and questions
Material changes should be reflected in an updated version and date. If a concern arises, contact Tradeflow so it can be reviewed. Dispute resolution arrangements for a service engagement should be specified in the signed agreement.
